Consent to Promotional Communications — RESID and SID

Optional authorization

By checking the Marketing box during registration, you authorize RESID DATA SOLUTIONS S. de R.L. de C.V. to send you promotional communications about RESID, SID, and their services, such as news, product information, offers, and promotions.

We may send them to the email address or phone number associated with your account and through app notifications. This authorization is optional: leaving the box unchecked will not affect the creation or use of your account or messages needed to operate, protect, or administer the service.

Data and consent records

To send these communications, we will use your contact details and, where applicable, your device notification token. We will record whether you consented, the date of consent, and the version of this document. We will not use patient information you enter for promotional purposes.

How to withdraw your authorization

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@resid.mx. Include your name, the email address or phone number associated with your account, and a request to stop receiving promotional communications. Opting out does not affect operational notices needed for your account and the service.

Relationship to other documents

This consent is separate from the Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions of RESID and SID. Accepting those documents does not mean that you agree to receive promotional communications.
